6.2.1 Change Password
When YouTuber clicks on the change password tab he is redirected to the change password page where there are 2 scenarios
6.2.1.1 Scenario 1:- Can enter current password >> New Password >> Confirm New Password ( There is an eye button from which the YouTuber would be able to see the password entered) >> Click on Submit button
6.2.1.2 Scenario 2:- If the YouTuber do not remember his password he can click on the Forget password option where he has to enter his Email Id / Phone number >> click on submit button >> Youtuber will receive the OTP on the registered mobile number >> Enter the OTP >> Click on Submit Button >> Enter New Password >> Confirm New Password >> Click on Submit Button.
6.2.2 Room Transaction
The YouTuber will be able to view the live room they have created, including the date, time, category, and image uploaded at the time of creation. It’s important to note that the YouTuber will see that the transaction for the live room is zero rupees, as it is currently free. However, this may be subject to change from the backend.
6.2.3 Create Coupon
When the YouTuber clicks on the create coupon option he can create the coupon for his fan which is shown to the fan at the time of booking the call slot. To create a coupon youtuber has to mention the following things such as
- Coupon Name (Can put any)
- Coupon Description ( As per his coupon name)
- Discount Percentage ( How much percentage discount the YouTuber wants to give on slot booking)
- Maximum Discount Amount ( The Youtuber can set the maximum amount of discount he wants the fans to get )
- Maximum Usage Count:- Youtuber can set a limit for how many times the coupon can be used.
- Select Coupon Usage:- There are 2 types
- Minimum Slot:- How many minimum slots are needed to be booked to apply the coupon.
- Minimum Order Value:- How much minimum booking amount is required to use the coupon.
After selecting either of the above-mentioned types, the YouTuber has to add a value. For instance, if the YouTuber selects the minimum slot option, then they have to specify the minimum number of slots that need to be booked to redeem the coupon.
- Expiry date:- The YouTuber should add an expiry date for the coupon, after which the coupons will not be accessible.
- Coupon Usage:- Youtubers need to specify whether a coupon can be used one time or daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
- Active it:- There is a button to turn the coupon on/off, indicating whether you want to activate it now or not.
- Click on Create Coupon
Scenario 1:- If a YouTuber forgets to activate a coupon during the creation process, they can still activate it by going to the My Coupons tab, clicking on the specific coupon, and toggling the Activate button.
Scenario 2:- If a YouTuber wants to deactivate a coupon, they can do so by going to the My Coupons tab, selecting the coupon, and turning off the Activate button.
6.2.4 My Coupon
The YouTuber will be able to view a list of created coupons. They will also see the coupon name, discount percentage, valid till date, number of times the coupon has been used, and its status. If the YouTuber clicks on any of the created coupons, they can edit any information related to that coupon.
6.2.5 Bank Details
The YouTubers can add the bank details which is useful at the time of withdrawal. Here, the YouTuber must enter their bank name, account holder name, account number, IFSC code, state, city, address line 1, address line 2, pin code, PAN card number, and GST number (if applicable). After entering all the required details, the YouTuber can click on the “upload documents” button, where they must upload their PAN card and Aadhaar card. Finally, the YouTuber can click on the “submit” button.
Note:- Here YouTuber can change his bank details any time he wants.
6.2.6 Manage Youtubers
The “Manage YouTuber” tab is to add a sub-YouTuber, the main YouTuber should click on the “Add YouTuber” option. Then, the name and email address of the person they want to add should be entered, after which the “Invite YouTuber” option should be clicked. Once the “Invite YouTuber” option is clicked, the system will send an email. After adding the sub-YouTubers, the main YouTuber can click on “Next”.
6.2.7 Contact Us
If a YouTuber has any questions, they can contact the fancall support team by clicking on the “Contact Us” tab. Here, the YouTuber can enter their name and describe the issues they are facing, and then click the “submit” button. The support team will then connect with the YouTuber within 24 hours of the submission.
6.2.8 FAQs
If a YouTuber has any questions or gets stuck while using Fancall, they can access the FAQs tab to learn more about how the platform works and view answers to common questions. To view an answer, they simply need to click on the corresponding question.
6.2.9 Delete Forever:-
When a YouTuber selects the “delete forever” button, a pop-up appears asking if they are sure they want to delete their account. If the YouTuber confirms the deletion, their account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. Additionally, any funds in their wallet will also be deleted, leaving the balance at zero.
